Fortezza Fine Foods, founded in 2012, is a young, dynamic and fast-growing Hong Kong company. We source premium food products from Europe, Australia and New Zealand to the market of Southern China.
What We Offer
Our products range from fresh truffles, artisan cheese from Italy, to antipasti from Australia and more. They are produced in origin country by using locally sourced fresh ingredients, whilst complying to relevant government regulations on quality assurance and hygiene standard.
We design our product list for large food service counterparts as well as restaurants and retailers. We also provide product sourcing service, thanks to our network of producers and manufacturers.
